New features or automations not included in the original brief

Complete redesigns or directional changes after work has begun

Changes requested after the project has been marked as complete

These estimates are made in good faith and may be affected by:

Delays in receiving required information, assets, or access from the client

Significant scope changes requested mid-project

Technical issues outside of renante.tech's control (e.g., GHL platform outages)

renante.tech will communicate any delays promptly and work to minimize impact

on agreed timelines.

Delays caused by the client's failure to meet these responsibilities will not be counted

against the agreed delivery timeline.

08

Canecelled before the work begins: Full refund of any deposit paid.

Canecelled after work has begun: Client is billed for work completed up to the

cancellation date. Any unused portion of a prepaid retainer will be refunded.

Client goes silent: If no response is received for 14 consecutive days, the project

may be closed. Reactivation will require a new deposit.

09

Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, the client owns all deliverables created specifically for

their project within their GHL account.

renante.tech retains the right to:

Use general methodologies, templates, and automation frameworks developed

during the project in future work.

Reference the project (without disclosing confidential client data) in a portfolio

or case study, unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
